Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after we have received proof approval.
In the event we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, there is a possibility of a delay in shipment. In the event of any delay, we will communicate these changes (including a revised shipping date) to the email address on file for your order.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We ship to physical addresses (sorry… but no P.O. of APO/FPO addresses) within the USA only. Standard shipping is FREE for all orders. You may also upgrade any order for faster shipping by calling us at 800-714-3583. All customers will be provided with a tracking number which will be given when the order is sent out for delivery.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have systems in place to insure you get exactly what has been ordered. If you are dissatisfied with our service, be assured will work to resolve any problem, as we believe customer service is our number one priority. Should you receive a product that is defective or not what you designed on our site, we will happily refund your money. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you have a return, you must call 800-714-3583 and speak with a representative to receive a RA number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA (return authorization).
